This document establishes the conditions under which the user can access and use the Nappingdiaries website (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"), including the lifestyle blog and the online store for home items.

"User" means any natural or legal person who accesses the Platform's content or places an order for products. "Service Provider" is Nappingdiaries, located at Splaiul 1 Decembrie no. 16, bl. D, sc. A, et. 3, ap. 7.

The products sold include scented candles, blankets, and interior decorations, and the editorial content includes articles about home decoration and home comfort.

The user undertakes to provide accurate and complete information when registering an account or placing an order. Any false or incomplete information may lead to account suspension or order cancellation.

The user is not entitled to reproduce, distribute, or modify the Platform's content (including texts, images, product descriptions) without the prior written consent of the Provider.

It is forbidden to use the Platform for illegal, fraudulent activities or activities that infringe upon the intellectual property rights of third parties.

The Provider undertakes to maintain the Platform's functionality and to periodically update information about products and services. Uninterrupted availability of the site is not guaranteed, as it may be subject to maintenance or update periods.

The Provider reserves the right to modify prices, product descriptions, and delivery conditions, with prior notification to users via the site.

The Provider is not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit caused by the use or inability to use the Platform.

The Provider is not responsible for user-generated content in the comments or reviews sections but reserves the right to remove any content deemed inappropriate or that violates the terms.

If a ordered product is defective or does not match the description, the user may request its return within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with current Romanian legislation. Return costs are borne by the user, except in cases where the product is defective from manufacturing.

The total liability of the Provider towards a user for any direct damage resulting from the use of the Platform is limited to the value of the order placed by that user in the last 12 months.

Payment for products can be made by bank card, cash on delivery, or bank transfer, according to the options available at the time of order completion. All prices are expressed in lei (RON) and include VAT, but do not include delivery fees.

Delivery is made within 3-7 working days from order confirmation, via express courier. For cash on delivery orders, an additional fee of 10 lei is charged.

If a product is no longer available after the order is placed, the Provider will inform the user within 48 hours and will offer either a refund of the amount or an alternative product of similar value.

The user may return any product within 14 days of receipt, without stating a reason, provided the product is in its original condition, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Return costs are borne by the user.

For products defective from manufacturing, the Provider bears the return and replacement costs. The resolution period for a complaint is a maximum of 10 working days from receipt of the returned product.

Scented candles and blankets do not benefit from a legal warranty but can be returned according to the terms above, except in cases where they have been used or damaged by the user.

The Provider reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be published on the Platform and will take effect 7 days after publication. The user is obliged to periodically check this page.

If the user does not agree with the changes, they may cease using the Platform and request account deletion. The Provider may suspend or close the account of a user who repeatedly violates the terms, without being obliged to refund amounts already paid for completed orders.

After termination of use, the user no longer has access to the account content, and the Provider is not obliged to retain personal data for more than 30 days, except for legal obligations.

Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be settled by the competent courts in Romania, in accordance with Romanian legislation. The Provider recommends using the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

These terms are drafted in Romanian and, in the event of discrepancies between translated versions, the Romanian version prevails.
